We always use real butter in our old-fashioned lemon curd. Delicious on bread or toast. It also makes a superb filling for farmhouse cakes. This product has been made in small batches using traditional methods and experience gained over 100 years of preserve manufacturing.
Ingredients: sugar, egg, lemons 6.2%, butter, gelling agent: natural
fruit pectin, citric acid.
Total sugar content 65g per 100g
